New Delhi: Having failed to hunt down Sushil Kumar despite conducting raids at several places, Delhi Police has issued a Look-out Circular (LoC) against the champion wrestler.
An FIR was filed last week against the two-time Olympic medallist with charges of murder, abduction and criminal conspiracy.
Sushil has been absconding since former junior national wrestling champion Sagar Rana was beaten to death during a brawl at the Chhatrasal Stadium parking area.
