Denied Entry By Landlords, Cuttack’s AHRCC Staff Nurses Demand Quarantine Facility At Hosp

Cuttack: Nurses of Acharya Harihar Regional Cancer Centre (AHRCC) here on Monday gheraoed director Dr Lalatendu Sarangi’s office demanding quarantine facility on the hospital premises.

The agitating nurses alleged that they were denied entry to their rooms by landlords after two of their colleagues tested COVID-19 positive on Sunday.

Two staff nurses of the hospital had tested positive for the virus are coming in contact with a previous positive case from Ganjam district detected at the centre.
