Bhubaneswar: Traffic crawled as a thick blanket of fog covered several parts of coastal and interior Odisha on Wednesday morning, leading to low visibility.
Meanwhile, the regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued dense fog alert for 12 districts – Khurda, Puri, Nayagarh, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Bhadrak, Keonjhar, Dhenkanal, Angul and Kandhamal. The condition will prevail till January 25, it added.
The IMD has also issued ‘Yellow warning’ for January 23 and 24.
