Bhubaneswar: Dense fog is likely to occur in several parts of Odisha during the next 48 hours, the India Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre said on Sunday.
In a bulletin, the MeT Centre also stated that there will be no major change in minimum (night) temperature over the districts of Odisha during next five days. It is likely to be above normal by 2oC to 3oC at many places of the during the same period.

Dry weather is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha. Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of south Odisha, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda and at one or two places over the rest districts of Odisha.
Yellow Warning: Dense fog is likely to occur at one or two places over Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Angul, Dhenkanal, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Koraput and Rayagada.
For Monday (From 8.30 am of 8.01.2024 to 8.30 am of 9.01.2024)
Dry weather is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha. Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of Coastal Odisha, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, and at one or two places over the rest districts of Odisha.
Yellow Warning: Dense fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Rayagada and Koraput.
