Bhubaneswar: All the parks in the state capital will get a makeover soon. The authorities are planning a total change in the design to give them a new look and facilities.
It was decided at a meeting on Tuesday that all the parks in the Odisha capital would be developed and beautified.
And this massive change will happen by November, informed Housing and Urban Development Minister Pratap Jena.
Biju Patnaik Park will be upgraded to become the country’s best park providing all the international standard facilities.
All other parks will have facilities like a digital board, sound system, food court, restaurants, cafeteria, and a ladies corner. A yoga trainer will also be appointed for each park.
Besides, saplings and bio-fertilisers will be available at all the parks of the city. The width of the road inside the parks will be extended up to 5-6 ft.
Registered agencies will make the landscape of the parks.
