Devotee Donates 21 Kg Of Silver To Jagannath Temple In Puri

Puri: A devotee on Sunday donated 21 kg of silver to the deities of Jagannath Temple in the town.

According to sources, one Shiba Prasad Panda of Bhubaneswar donated the precious metal in presence of chief administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) in the main office of the temple.

The donated silver will be used for Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra. Besides, the temple administration will use the metal for Bhudevi, Sridevi and Madanamohan who represent the Lords during rituals on different occasions.
