Bhubaneswar: Police and CHILDLINE officials on Tuesday rescued a differently abled child abandoned on the roadside near IDCO Stadium in Mancheswar Industrial Estate area.
The child, aged about 14-15, was taken before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), from where it was taken to Ruchika Open Shelter.
According to reports, the child is suffering from cerebral palsy. He has been provided with food and his condition is stable.
