Mumbai: Ehsaan Khan, the younger brother of veteran actor Dilip Kumar, succumbed to COVID-19 infection here late on Wednesday night. He was 89.
Khan was also suffering from heart disease, hypertension and Alzheimer’s and was undergoing treatment at the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.
It may be recalled that Dilip Kumar’s other brother Aslam khan had also succumbed to the deadly virus infection on August 21 here.
Ehsaan Khan and Aslam Khan had complained of breathlessness on August 16. They were advised by (cardiologist) Dr Nitin Gokhale to get hospitalised as their oxygen levels were quite low.
They were admitted under Dr Jalil Parkar. Both had later tested positive for coronavirus.
