Mumbai: Veteran actress Dimple Kapadia made her presence felt at the MAMI Mumbai Film Festival, where she was seen with daughter Twinkle Khanna and son-in-law Akshay Kumar.
The mother-daughter duo posed for shutterbugs along with other celebs on the red carpet, but Dimple later refused to get clicked with Twinkle separately.
In a video from the event, Dimple can be seen posing for paparazzi while exiting the venue. As Twinkle and Akshay came from behind, photographers asked Dimple to pose with her daughter.
To everyone’s amazement, Dimple bluntly refused, saying that she doesn’t pose with juniors.

Dimple’s remark didn’t go down well with netizens, who started trolling her.
“Arre aunty, senior bhi kabhi junior tha (senior was also junior once),” reacted one user.
“Everyone is becoming Jaya Bachchan,” commented another.
Another person called Dimple a ‘Karen’.
“And seniors don’t want to pose with her .. kyaa hoga of these arrogant old ladies,” responded one user.
Dimple stepped into the film industry when she was just 16 years old and delivered a huge hit — ‘Bobby’ — in 1973. She went on to become one of Bollywood’s leading actresses.
Her daughter made her Bollywood debut with ‘Barsaat’ in 1997. Twinkle quit films after a series of flops, and is now a popular columnist and author.
