Bhubaneswar: IndiGo has announced to launch direct flights between Indore and Bhubaneswar from February 7, which will significantly reduce travel time and enhance connectivity between the two cities.
“We are pleased to introduce this exclusive direct service between Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, and Indore, the largest city in Madhya Pradesh,” the statement quoted Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales at IndiGo, as saying.
This new route will significantly benefit religious, leisure, and business travellers by directly connecting two important cultural and economic hubs, it added.
The Low-cost carrier will operate direct flights between the two cities four days a week, bridging the gap between central and eastern India.
The flight schedule for the new Indore-Bhubaneswar route is as follows:
Flight 6E 2610 will depart from Bhubaneswar on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, starting February 7, 2025, at 11.35 am and land in Indore at 1.30 pm.
