Bhubaneswar: DN Homes’ Fairytale project, which was launched in 2019 just before the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, is nearing the completion, Odisha’s leading real estate company stated at a press conference here on Thursday.
DN Fairytale, a unique theme-based township, will offer children-centric homes with around 75% open area, informed the company.
Residents will be provided with 54 amenities including a dedicated clubhouse, swimming pool, kids’ school, fish pond, amphitheatre, jogging track, 3-tier security system, a dedicated kids’ play area, and an interactive centre for senior citizens.
The residential society is being constructed in close proximity to the upcoming 730-acre Info Valley — one of fastest-developing growth corridors in Odisha.
The project also offers connectivity to various city markets, the airport, railway station and recreational centres. It’s well connected with NH-16 and will provide good access to facilities such as educational institutions, healthcare, public facilities, informed DN Homes.
