Photos and videos not downloading on your WhatsApp chats since Wednesday evening? If yes, fear not. Millions of users across Europe, India, Africa and USA have reported glitches in the popular messaging app service as well as on Facebook and Instagram.
The three apps, which are owned by Facebook, are facing issues with the transfer of data, while chats and stories are working fine.
There is no official word from Facebook so far regarding the outage. Speculation is ripe about a possible cyber attack.
While message exchange is active in India, WhatsApp is reportedly completely down in Europe and USA since 8 30pm IST.
