Dreaded Criminal Tito Injured In Police Encounter

Jaipur: Dreaded criminal Tito alias Sayad Usman Ali was injured in an encounter with Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha Crime Branch near Chandikhol area in Jajpur district on Saturday.

The dreaded criminal sustained bullet injuries in his left leg and was admitted to Badachana hospital. He was later shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack after his condition deteriorated.
A team of Crime Branch officials led by DIG Himanshu Lal picked up Tito from his house in Kendrapara district. The team had to open fire on him when he attempted to flee near Chandikhol here.
He was involved in a number of criminal cases, including tender fixing.
He is also an accused in the firing incident involving the brother of terror suspect Abdur Rehman.
