Bhubaneswar: Being in love is a beautiful feeling. But it doesn’t always end the way we wish it would. One has to accept the reality and move on with a positive attitude without drowning in complicated grief.
Music video ‘Dream Boy’ released on Friday puts across this message beautifully in the melodious voice of Tapu Mishra, who has also composed the song penned by Bapu Goswami.
Produced under the banner of Dev Creations, it features actress-anchor Elli Padhi and Akash. The video was digitally released by Amra Muzik.
“When I heard the song, I decided to make it into a music video. The suicide of DAV School girl had kept haunting me. After 15 days of brain storming, we conceived a relatable story. The shooting was completed in four days. This was my first production and I plan to come up with a web series carrying a social message in near future,” said Elli, who last featured in Biraj Rath’s musical ‘Ashara Akasha’.
She said relationships go through many ups and downs and one should not be completely heartbroken if things go wrong as life has a broader meaning.
“This message holds true for the younger generation, who don’t shy away from taking the extreme step if love fails them,” said the actress.
They should instead move on with the sweet memories of that relationship, she added.
Her film ‘Raasta’ released in 2014 had won good reviews.
A veterinary doctor, Elli also wants to set up a dairy farm in future.
