Driver Dies In Ambulance-Truck Collision In Deogarh

Deogarh: Driver of an ambulance died and two others were injured after the vehicle collided with a truck near Prabhasuni in Deogarh district in the early hours of Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Ranjit Pradhan. The injured, pharmacist Titen Gadnayak and helper Ripan Pradhan are undergoing treatment at VIMSAR in Burla.

According to sources, the accident took place at around 4 am when the trio was returning in the 108 ambulance after admitting a patient to VIMSAR in Burla.
