Soro: A driver died on the spot in a road accident near Soro in Odisha’s Balasore district early on Monday.
According to sources, the incident took place when two trucks rammed into a stationary truck near Bhagia Chhak near Soro. While one truck driver died on the spot, two others sustained serious injuries.
On being informed, Soro police rushed to the spot and admitted the injured drivers to a hospital at Simulia.
The identity of the deceased driver, whose body was taken to the hospital for postmortem, was not immediately known, sources added.
