Cuttack: Seven persons, including two infants, were injured after a car rammed into an autorickshaw in which they were travelling at Ringbandha on Cantonment Road in Cuttack late on Sunday.
According to sources, the three-wheeler overturned after being hit by the car, which was allegedly being driven by a youth under the influence of alcohol.
Locals immediately caught hold of the drunk youth and handed him over to police, which seized the two vehicles and registered a case in this connection.
The injured were admitted to the SCB Medical College and Hospital, the sources added.
