Cuttack: Justice Dr DY Chandrachud of the Supreme Court on Saturday inaugurated the e-filing stations in the Orissa High Court for the advocates of the High Court Bar Association through video-conference.
Justice Chandrachud also inaugurated the record room digitisation of the high court and paperless bench on the occasion.
In order to help the judicial officers on conducting court proceedings through video conferencing, the Supreme Court judge inaugurated a hand-on training programme at Odisha Judicial Academy in Cuttack and another training on e-filing, e-payment and other services for advocates of district bar association of Cuttack at the district court.
Chief Justice Dr S Muralidhar and other judges of the Orissa High Court, advocate general of Odisha AK Parija and president of High Court Bar Association Jagabandhu Sahoo were present during the inauguration.
