Bhubaneswar: Enforcement Directorate (ED) Director Rahul Navin is scheduled to arrive in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday evening.
According to official sources, Navin will attend review meetings with departmental officials in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, during this 3-day visit to Odisha.
His itinerary include a meeting of the Supreme Court-appointed Special Investigation Team (SIT), probing the black money trail, in Cuttack on August 28, convened by Vice Chairman Justice Arijit Pasayat. He may also make a trip to Puri for darshan of the sibling deities of Shree Jagannath Temple in the evening.
On August 29, he will visit Bhubaneswar ED office and leave for Delhi in the afternoon.
Navin, a 1993-batch IRS officer, took charge director of the financial crimes probe agency earlier this month. He was already heading the agency as its in-charge (interim) chief since September last year. He had joined the ED in November 2019.
