Bhubaneswar: Khandapada MLA and editor of Odia vernacular daily ‘Sambad’ Soumya Ranjan Patnaik has tested positive for COVID-19.
In a tweet on Tuesday, Patnaik said that he had undergone COVID test and the report was found to be positive.
Stating that his condition is stable, he has requested his friends, who had met him last week, to seek the advice of doctors.
