Ekta Kapoor Shares Her Last Social Media Chat With Sushant Singh Rajput

Mumbai: Not fair Sushi! One week everything changed! Not fair my baby! This is what Ekta Kapoor tweeted after actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Bandra residence in Mumbai on Sunday.

While mourning his death, she shared a picture of her last social media chat with her ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actor.

In the post, Ekta mentioned that initially, the creators did not agree to cast him as the show’s main lead. And, it was her who convinced them.

Sushant was quick to reply to the post, “And I’m forever grateful to you ma’am.” (sic)

The Patna-born actor was first noticed for his good looks and boyish charm in Zee TV’s ‘Pavitra Rishta’ in 2009. He made his Bollywood debut with ‘Kai Po Che!’ in 2013.
