Elephant Tramples Man To Death In Begunia

 

Begunia: A man was trampled to death by an elephant at Begunia in Khurda district on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Jameswar Chapati of Goda village in the district.
Champati was attacked by the wild animal when he had gone to a field near his house to answer nature’s call.
According to local residents, elephants have been on the rampage in the locality over the past few days. The forest personnel must take appropriate measures to control the elephants from entering the human settlements.
