Mumbai: An old video of Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav is doing the rounds on social media in which he is seen age-shaming popular television actress Ankita Lokhande.
“Wikipedia aapki umar 40 batata hai toh Alia Bhatt ke saath movie karoge? Maa ka role karoge? (Wikipedia shows that you are 40 years old. So would you like to do a movie with Alia Bhatt? Would you play Alia’s mother in the movie?)” Elvish can be seen asking Ankita in the video clip.
Ankita, who looks visibly offended, replies, “Kyu? 40 saal ki lady buddhi ho jaati hai? Main kahi se bhi buddhi lagti hoon? (Is a 40-year-old woman old? Do I look like an old woman?)”
She further shared that she had played the role of a mother at a much younger age in the sitcom ‘Pavitra Rishta’.
However, when Elvish kept insisting that she play Alia’s mother, Ankita replied, “Nahi. Kyuki main bilkul bhi nahi lagti Alia Bhatt ki maa (No, Never! I don’t look like Alia’s mother.)”
The YouTuber then tried mocking the couple by saying, “You guys should start planning a baby now, or you’ll end up welcoming a grandson instead.”
Vicky laughed out loud, but Ankita was visibly upset.
Elvish’s insensitive and sexist remarks about Ankita didn’t go down well with netizens and they started trolling him.
“The confidence this loser got after winning Bigg Boss OTT 2 is insane. Jail time made him even more confident because he knows he has strong political backing. I hope he gets pushed back into oblivion. The worst ‘influencer’ ever (sic),” one user commented.
Another added, “This disgusting d**khead even has a talk show? And people actually go on it? (sic).”
“Why has internet not cancelled Elvish yet, what an irrelevant loser,” another user questioned.
