Bhubaneswar: Nirmala Mishra, a prominent social worker and famous astrologer of Odisha passed away on Tuesday.
Nirmala was also a famous astrologer and could foresee and predict future. Her extraordinary talent had made her famous in Odisha and abroad.
She is survived by her husband Tattwakandar Mishra, daughters Tadasha Mishra and Soumya Mishra, her daughter-in-law Jugajita Mishra and four grandchildren.
Tadasha is Special Secretary, Home, Ranchi, Jharkhand while younger daughter Soumya is serving as Additional DG, Fire Services, Home Guards and Civil Defence, Odisha.
Nirmala’s son late Amrut Mishra was Assistant Director in Central Intelligence Bureau.
Her last rites were performed at Khannagar Cemetery in Cuttack.
