Berhampur: An engineering student was arrested and forwarded to the court on Saturday in Berhampur for fraudulently transferring money from the bank accounts of a woman.
The accused has been identified as Sunil Tripathy.
The victim lodged a complaint on December 15.
According to police sources, Sunil with the help of the victim’s relative got her ATM card details and transferred Rs 68,000 to his Paytm account.
Further investigation is on.
