Bhubaneswar: A female student of a private engineering college in the Odisha capital was allegedly gang-raped by four youths, including her boyfriend, in Kaimatia area under Infovalley police station limits.

e sources, one of the accused, who had been in a relationship with the victim, lured her to his room in a private mess, where he and his three friends allegedly sexually assaulted her.
She lodged a complaint with the Commissionerate Police, following which all four accused, identified as college students, were arrested. They were then taken to Capital Hospital for medical examination. Police teams also visited the crime scene along with a scientific team to assist with forensic evidence collection.
Police have assured a thorough probe and stated that further details will be shared as the investigation progresses.
