New Delhi: The Tata Group is introducing “enhanced meal service” on four Air India flights from Thursday. The Indian government is likely to hand over Air India to the Tata Group on Friday instead of Thursday, as earlier reported.
But Air India flights won’t fly under the Tata Group banner from Thursday itself, the reports said.
The “enhanced meal service” will be provided on four flights — AI864 (Mumbai-Delhi), AI687 (Mumbai-Delhi), AI945 (Mumbai-Abu Dhabi) and AI639 (Mumbai-Bengaluru).
The “enhanced meal service” will be introduced on Mumbai-Newark flight and five Mumbai-Delhi flights from Friday. It will be added to more flights in a phased manner.
