London: Indian politician Suresh Prabhu has bagged a prestigious post at the Grantham Research Institute — Climate Change and Environment.
Grantham, one of five global institutes at Imperial College London, has appointed Prabhu as Visiting Professor in practice. His appointment commenced on December 1, 2021.
A chartered accountant by profession and a law graduate, Prabhu is the founding Chancellor of Rishihood University, Sonipat.
A four-time Lok Sabha MP, Prabhu was later nominated to the Rajya Sabha.
The 68-year-old served as Union minister of Civul Aviation, Railways, Commerce & Industry before serving as indian Emissary to G7 and G20.
