New Delhi: Reliance Foundation chairperson Nita Ambani receiving a photograph of Ram Mandir from RSS general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale has gone viral on social media.
The photograph bears the caption: “Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh ke Mahasachiv Uttar Pradesh Dattatreya Hosabale”
The viral image also has a picture of UP CM Yogi Adityanath and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in the background.
Twitterati have erupted to this photograph linking it to upcoming UP elections.
However, India Today reported that Reliance Foundation chairperson Nita Ambani had never met Hosabale in person.
The image has been heavily photoshopped from multiple images.
Hosabale’s photo has been taken from a photo of him holding a flower bouquet. The hand direction has been reversed and a thumb has also been added.
Nita Ambani has been cropped from a photograph of her holding a 400-year-old Pichavai style painting of Lord Krishna made on cloth which her Foundation has pledged to revive.
