Cuttack: In a major crackdown, police has busted a factory making
spurious ghee at Sagadia Sahi in Mangalabag of Cuttack district on
Wednesday.
Two persons were arrested in connection with the incident. One of
those arrested was identified as Subash Behera.
Police received a tip-off about this factory which was operating in
Mangalabag area. Materials used in manufacturing the product and
packets of spurious ghee which was ready to be sent to the market for
sale in the name of several branded companies were recovered from the
spot.
The matter is currently under investigation, a police officer said.
