Balangir: A man and his son were killed in a road accident at Tushura in Balangir district on Friday.
The deceased man’s wife and another son sustained critical injuries and were admitted to a nearby hospital.
According to sources, the accident took place when the man along with his wife and two sons were travelling on a motorcycle. A SUV hit the motorcycle, following which, the father-son duo died on the spot.
The motorcycle also caught fire after the accident.
On being informed, police reached the spot and began investigations.
Name of the deceased persons are yet to be ascertained.
