Bhubaneswar: To create talent pools in Odisha, city-based Akshay Parija Productions has taken initiative to identify and groom individuals in the field of acting, direction, editing, script writing, modelling, designing, cinematography and art direction through its ‘Creative Training Centre’.
The production house is scheduled to make multiple multilingual films, teleserials and web series.
Making the announcement, Dubai-based businessman-turned-filmmaker Akshay Parija said, “Since plans are afoot to make quality films, web series, ad films and short films in the coming years, we felt the need to identify and groom people with different qualitative talents in the respective areas”.
The centre is planning to take about 32 talents in the first batch. Students will be provided high-quality theory as well as practical training. Deserving candidates will also be provided employment after successful completion of the training course.
Courses will commence from coming July.
