Mumbai: Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar is the latest from the Bollywood fraternity to test positive for COVID-19.
On Saturday, the ‘Fashion’ director took to Twitter to announce that he had contracted the virus and isolated himself.
He also urged all those who came in contact with him recently, to undergo the test and others to follow the COVID protocols.
Meanwhile, actor Sathyaraj, popular for his role of ‘Kattappa’ in ‘Baahubali’, was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai on Saturday after testing positive for COVID-19, Asianet Newable reported.
Several celebrities including Mahesh Babu, singer Sonu Nigam, music composer Vishal Dadlani, actor John Abraham, filmmaker Ekta Kapoor have been infected in the recent past.
