Balangir: A fire broke out at Balangir district headquarters hospital (DHH) on Friday morning.
The incident took place around 10 am.
Receiving information regarding the mishap, fire personnel immediately reached the spot and doused the flames. Though no injury or casualty was reported in the blaze, a computer, an AC and some documents were destroyed in the blaze.
According to locals, the fire originated from an air conditioner installed inside National Health Mission (NHM) office on the hospital premises due to a possible electric short circuit.
However, the exact reason behind the incident is yet to be ascertained.
