Puri: Fire broke out at Sakhigopal Branch of State Bank of India in the district on Thursday.
According to reports, the fire broke out when customers were in the bank and business was going on as usual during the peak business hour. Bank staff and customers ran out of the branch immediately and no casualty has been reported as yet.
The fire broke is suspected to have started after gas pipe in the canteen leaked. Fire firefighters rushed to the spot and are engaged in bringing the flames under control.
