Berhampur: One person was killed and two others sustained critically injured in a firecracker explosion in a forest near K Bhimpur village under Badagada police limits in Odisha’s Ganjam district on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Bulu Mallick of K Bhimpur village. The injured- Prakash Nayak and Nandiya Nayak– of the nearby Batasasan village have been admitted to Sheragada hospital.
According to sources, the explosion took place while the three were trying to make firecrackers this morning.
