Bhubaneswar: In a first of its kind in Odisha, Young Indians (YI) Bhubaneswar organised a session on ‘Dining Elegancy & Etiquette’ in association with Welcomhotels by ITC Hotels.
The session, conducted by ITC Sonar Manager and former senior faculty at ITC Hotel Management Institute Nitin Bahl, covered the aspects of fine dining and table laying as a host and as a guest.
The event, organised under YI Learning vertical, saw members, prospects, food bloggers and Instragrammers came together to experience and learn the art of fine dining from Bahl.
YI is a movement of Indian youth wing to converge, lead, co-create and influence India’s future, and is an integral part of Confederation of Indian Industries.
