Bhubaneswar: Five persons, including a woman and her child, were injured when a car rammed into two motorcycles on Rasulgarh overbridge in Odisha capital on Sunday evening.
According to sources, the driver of the car lost control over the vehicle while en route to Bhubaneswar from Cuttack. A child sustained head injuries in the accident. Following which, people stopped the vehicle on Rasulgarh overbridge and vandalised it.
Soon, police reached the spot and detained the driver, who is suspected to have been driving the car under the influence of alcohol. All five injured have been admitted to Capital Hospital here.
