Bhubaneswar: In view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call to switch off lights and ignite lamps for 9 minutes at 9pm on Sunday as a sign of solidarity in the fight against COVID-19, the Odisha’s Energy Department has urged people to follow some instructions to maintain stability of grid system.
