Former Bhubaneswar Corporator Sameer Pradhan Passes Away At 46

Bhubaneswar: BJD leader and former corporate of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation Sameer Pradhan breathed his last at a private hospital here on Monday after suffering a brain stroke. He was 46.

According to sources, Sameer was admitted to SUM hospital on Friday night after he complained of chest pain. He had a heart stroke and his condition deteriorated after he suffered a brain stroke. He slipped into a coma and was kept on a ventilator. He, however, never recovered.

The death of his mother, about two years ago, had deeply impacted him, the sources added.

The three-time corporator from Baramunda Rental Colony was unmarried and was closely associated with Odisha-Mo Parivar. He was known as an able organiser and was an asset to the party.
