Khurda: The Town Police on Wednesday arrested former Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO) of Khurda, Baidyanath Nayak for allegedly misbehaving with a woman.
The victim, in her complaint, said that she had gone to the private clinic of the former CDMO for a health check-up, where Nayak tried to outrage her modesty.
Acting on the complaint, the Town Police began a probe and arrested Nayak. The complainant has been sent for medical examination.
