Bhubaneswar: Former MLA from Koksara in Kalahandi district Roshni Singh Deo passed away at her residence here on Friday. She was 82.
Roshni Singh Deo was elected to the State Legislative Assembly for two consecutive terms from Koksara seat in Kalahandi district for two consecutive terms from 1995 to 2004.
Roshni is the mother of former Dharmagarh MLA Puspendra Singh Deo.
Her body will be taken to her residence at Jayapatna in Kalahandi district for last rites, said sources.
