Bhubaneswar: Former Paralakhemundi MLA Bijay Jena passed away at his residence at Gurandi in Odisha’s Gajapati district following a cardiac arrest, on Tuesday night. He was 90.
He was elected to the Odisha assembly as an independent candidate for two consecutive terms from 1977 to 1984.
