Puri: Kumbharapada police in Puri district arrested four looters and forwarded them to court on Saturday.
Two motorcycles, two cell phones and two bags were seized from them.
The accused had allegedly snatched mobile phones from a girl near Boarding Square and a woman at VIP Square in the district.
Acting on complaints lodged by the victims, police started investigation and managed to nab them following simultaneous raids at various locations.
