Paris: France on Friday changed the vaccine recommendation to a single dose for people who have recovered from COVID-19.
The public health authority said that people who had earlier been infected with COVID-19 developed an immune response similar to that generated by a dose of the vaccine. Thus, it recommends that a single dose is enough for those who have recovered from the disease.
