Free Check-Ups, Heatstroke Prevention Advice At AM/NS India’s Health Camp At Paradip Site



Paradip: More than 100 employees and business partners received free medical check-ups and essential medicines at a health camp held at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India’s (AM/NS India) township project site at Chakradharpur village.

Participants also received counselling on preventive measures against heatstroke a

mid rising summer temperatures.

The Arogya Seva health camp offered comprehensive health assessments and was inaugurated by Head–HR & IR, Odisha Asset of AM/NS India, Sunila Das. Representatives from partner organisation KMV Projects attended the event alongside company employees. The initiative was conducted under the supervision of Dr Rajesh Mishra, Chief Medical Officer of the Paradeep Pellet Plant, and Dr Niranjan Dwivedi from the CSR wing.

The camp reflected a strong focus on employee welfare and proactive healthcare support at the worksite, the company said in a release. It added that this framework is designed to enhance organisational efficiency and nurture a culture of care and responsibility.
