Cuttack: The Indian Medical Association (IMA), Cuttack Branch, in association with IMA Odisha State Branch is going to organise a free health check-up camp for doctors and their family members from 8 am to 12 pm at IMA House in Cuttack on Sunday.
The camp will inaugurated by Prof CBK Mohanty of SCB Medical College and Hospital.
A blood donation camp is also going to be conducted from 9 am to 12 pm.
A general meeting will then be held from 12.30 pm onwards at IMA Conference Hall.
MLA Debasish Samantray is expected to grace the occasion as chief guest. Former National President Dr M Abbas will be the guest of honour.
The association has decided to felicitate some senior doctors for their contribution to the medical profession and the society at large.
They are Dr Mrutyunjaya Behera, Dr Anadi Charan Biswal, Dr Arjun Das, Dr Krushna Ballav Das, Dr Anangamohan Dwibedy, Dr Kishore Mohapatra, Dr Prafulla Mohapatra, Dr Pravas Manjari Patnaik, Dr Falguni Ray, Dr LK Sahu, Dr Nityananda Swain, Dr Prativa Sen, and Dr Mrutyunjay Satpathy will be felicitated on the occassion.
