Kendrapara: Veteran freedom fighter and social worker Nakul Charan Das passed away at his residence in Sijanagar on Wednesday. He was 92.
Das was suffering from old age related health problems. He is survived by a son and two daughters. He was cremated at Puri with state honours.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has expressed deep grief over the death of the freedom fighter Das and conveyed his deep sympathies to the bereaved family.
