Frequent Change Of Tune A Habit Of BJP Leaders: BJD

Bhubaneswar: The ruling BJD on Saturday said frequent change of opinion by the state BJP leaders on Mahanadi issue speak volume of their double standards.

Briefing media persons here, senior BJD leaders Debi Prasad Mishra, Sanjay Dasburma and BJD spokesperson Pratap Deb said Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh and other state BJP leaders are used to change their opinion frequently. Even the prime minister, during his visit to Odisha, had also furnished wrong information.

“To divert the attention of the people, the BJP leaders are frequently changing their stand on Mahanadi in an effort to defend themselves. We have decided to begin third Mahanadi Surakshya Yatra and will announce the schedule very soon,” Mishra said.
