Mumbai: Fans of ‘Bigg Boss’ are in for a treat. Rumour mills are circulating that, along with television actors, many big-screen stars will also be seen in the show’s house this season.

Ever since Nia Sharma, the first contestant of ‘Bigg Boss 18’, was declared on ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 8’, grapevine has it that silver screen stars Urmila Matondkar and Namrata Shirodkar have also been approached for the show.

Urmila has been making headlines for her troubled marriage and reports suggest that she is heading for a divorce from her Kashmiri husband.

Besides these actresses, the infamous tea-seller Dolly Chaiwala can also be seen in the drama-packed reality show.

The other names that are doing the rounds are:

Dheeraj Dhoopar: Currently seen in the show ‘Rabb Se Hai Dua’.

Rithvik Dhanjani: He was seen in the popular sitcom ‘Pavitra Rishta’.

Shoaib Ibrahim: Married to Deepika Kakar, this actor is known for his role in ‘Sasural Simar Ka’.

Sheezan Khan: He played Ali Baba in ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul’ and was also embroiled in a scandal when his rumoured girlfriend Tunisha Sharma died mysteriously.

Digvijay Singh Rathee: He was seen in ‘Splitsvilla X5’ and ‘MTV Roadies: Karm Ya Kaand’ and has a charming personality.

Deb Chandrima Singha Roy: She is seen in the TV serial ‘Suhagan Chudail.’

Dalljiet Kaur: She has been in the news of late for her troubled marriage to Nikhil Patel.

The Salman Khan-hosted reality show ‘Bigg Boss 18’ is all set to premiere on October 6 at 9 pm on Colors.

Talking about returning as a host on the show for the 18th time, Salman said, “Returning to ‘Bigg Boss’ for its 18th season feels like coming home to a grand legacy we’ve built together over the years. Each season, we rewrite the definition of entertainment, and this year is no exception. With the theme ‘Time ka Tandav’. Bigg Boss isn’t just keeping an eye on the present — he’s peeking into the future of the housemates.”

When the first confirmed contestant, Nia Sharma was approached for commenting about the show, she took to her social media handle to write, “Hi There! Please don’t call or text me to ask anything about the Bigg Boss thing. Mujhe Maaf Kardo. Mein nahi reply karungi. [Forgive me. I will not reply.] Not up for giving quotes or any interviews. Have an awesome day.”
